I’m a U.S. Air Force veteran who believes the best work and the most sustainable growth start with trust, clarity, and real human connection.My work lives at the intersection of business development, talent strategy, and organizational effectiveness. I partner with leaders to clarify value, strengthen communication, and build relationships and systems that support long-term impact. Much of what I do is relationship-led: engaging HR, benefits, and executive leaders through thoughtful outreach, consultative conversations, and practical follow-through.Along the way, I represent my organization at national and regional professional events, support value stream mapping efforts to uncover friction and opportunity, and help leaders step back to see the full system before moving forward. I’m especially energized by conversations that bring alignment, reduce complexity, and create momentum.With experience across healthcare-adjacent services, employee benefits, HR operations, and mission-driven work, I bring a people-first, service-minded lens to growth and change.
