Oversees the implementation of quarterly school counselor professional development events (450-500 attendees), and quarterly STEP program professional development convenings (120 attendees), including event logistics and identifying presenters. Develops and maintain relationships with various central offices including Grants Compliance, Procurement, and General Counsel. Supports initiative managers to identify risks, strategize solutions, and develop plans to address identified issues to maintain initiative/project momentum.
