I have a love for solving problems – there\'s nothing that can\'t be unraveled with the right mindset and strategic approach. My career started in data analytics-focused roles, which laid a solid foundation for driving evidence-based solutions. I grew a talent for optimization on every level, even automating myself out of a job by developing new systems. As I transitioned into the role of an Account Strategist at Google, I not only had the opportunity to directly engage with clients but also became an expert in Google Ads. However, this role encompassed much more than being a strategic advisor on the platform. It taught me the art of effective selling to a diverse range of individuals. Handling a portfolio of 120 clients simultaneously, I quickly learned how to scale my efforts and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. It was during this time that I discovered my passion for building strong relationships and leveraging them to drive exceptional results. Bringing my skills to a small localized business, I seized the chance to build and expand their operations and marketing efforts from the ground up. Transforming a \"side hustle\" into a highly profitable venture has been an incredibly fulfilling journey. Through my hands-on involvement in every facet of the business, I gained a deep comprehension of its inner workings and learned to align my efforts with the overall business strategy, breaking away from the siloed approach often prevalent in the corporate world. Now, I\'m thrilled to bring my data-driven approach, problem-solving acumen, and relationship-building skills to contribute to the growth of another remarkable company.
