I first got to experience all that Workday can do to support HR when working in a Shared Service HR Department in 2012. In 2016, I made the jump into Workday consulting to get more hands on configuration experience, first in Phase 1 and Phase X implementations, and then in AMS since 2023. To this day, I am still passionate about all the great functionality that Workday offers to manage both HR and Financials. Having taken on a manager role in 2022 and continuing as a manager now, I know how important it is to pass along knowledge and build up a great team of Workday professionals.
