ABOUT MARÍLIA RAMALHO
Marilia Ramalho is the Director for HPE Services Global Support Supply Chain leading the Americas region. She is responsible for end-to-end supply chain operations, overall customer satisfaction, order fulfillment and financial management across the US, Canada, Latin America and Caribbean countries. Joined HPE in 2003 and has held several Supply Chain positions within HP/HPE with strong history of successful complex projects led by her as Logistics Landscape consolidation, Brazil World Cup Readiness and Olympic Games for Services Customers bringing to her recognitions on excellence in Program Management. Prior to Supply Chain, Marilia held position in Account Delivery Manager of IT Outsourcing Services and Account Technical Lead, those positions with customer facing and involving IT technical background, ITIL application, People and P&L management, as well as development and nurture of clients CIO Level relationship. During her career, Marilia has been delivering solid balanced results in the areas of customers, employees, operations and financials, including accomplishments into efficiencies as YoY cost reductions between ~10% to 30% on supply chain and ~60% revenue generation on Outsourcing Accounts using Change Management process. Marilia brings great experience on technical IT Engineering, Quality assurance and Supply Chain. She has started as People Manager at an early stage and lead multi-disciplinary, multi-generation and multi-culture teams. She is a recognized leader in the company community and very focused on employee development, a Lean champion and an informal and formal mentor to Top Talents in HPE. In the Work Environment Survey to measure employee satisfaction, she awards highest scores on People Leader Indexes on 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2023. She won HPE Women Excellence Award on 2022 and also is the Inclusion Ambassador for her business unit in the globe promoting inclusion. Marilia holds a Master’s in Business from FGV, she is graduated in Social Communication from UVV, studied Data Processing Technician in CNEC and resides in São Paulo, Brazil. She loves to be with her family, music and the ocean.
