ABOUT MARIA MELLO

TIGER 21 empowers its members through peer advisory groups tailored for ultra-successful entrepreneurs and investors. As a Member Development Partner, my role focuses on training and developing new leaders (Chairs) of the peer advsiory groups to foster collaboration among members. These Chairs leverage executive coaching and strategy facilitation expertise to address complex issues and challenges that stem from success in order to enable transformative growth. Previously at Vistage Worldwide, contributions included building and facilitating peer advisory boards for CEOs and business owners. Combining over fifteen years of experience in relationship-building and strategy implementation, the mission remains to create impactful environments where leaders thrive personally and professionally.I am deeply committed to empowering youth and advocating for organizations dedicated to helping young people reach their full potential. With over 10 years of experience serving on nonprofit boards, I currently serve on the board of Big Brothers Big Sisters of San Diego County. Throughout my tenure, I have worked alongside passionate leaders to support initiatives that foster positive youth development, mentorship, and community engagement. My work is driven by a belief in the power of mentorship and the importance of creating opportunities for youth to thrive.
