With over 20 years of engineering and management experience, I bring a results-driven, detail-oriented approach to real estate, helping clients achieve their dreams of homeownership and financial freedom. As a certified Black Belt and Project Management Professional with a master’s degree in architecture-based enterprise systems engineering, I specialize in analyzing opportunities, streamlining processes, and negotiating deals that create exceptional value for my clients.My passion for real estate began in college when I purchased an empty lot, the only investment I could afford at the time. Growing up in a Mexican family of six, with my mother working as a housekeeper and my father in construction, I witnessed the challenges of building a better life. Determined to succeed, I worked hard to earn my engineering degree at SDSU, lived frugally, and purchased my first property: a condominium. That moment sparked a lifelong love of real estate and the opportunities it provides.Through disciplined planning and perseverance, I achieved financial independence and retired at 47 as a Plant Manager at Cubic Corporation, where I excelled in process improvement, account management, and program leadership. Now, I dedicate my expertise to guiding clients through the real estate market—whether buying their first home, selling a property, or investing for the future.I am also proud to give back to the community by supporting SHPE San Diego Professional Chapter, where I promote the advancement of Hispanic engineers and STEM professionals.
