I am a professional stylist and salon/spa owner, first began my love affair with hair at age 12 after cutting and perming my best friend’s hair. After years of styling and educating, at just 23 years old, I decided to open my own salon. Calista salon and spa now has a staff of 75 beauty professionals, majority female, and serves over clients a week. In 2007, I launched Calista Tools, a line of unconventional products and tools that make you want to do your hair. These innovative products and tools are developed by listening to countless clients and their struggle with styling their own hair. All Calista products and tools have a unique twist on a classic idea to ensure styling is fun, effective, and not harmful to you or your hair.
