After many years of serving customers in the kitchen and bathroom industry, I\'ve discovered that my dedication to delivering quality service and products is a transferable skill that I can apply throughout my career. I have a passion for understanding my customers\' needs and providing them with tailored solutions. Going the extra mile is second nature to me, setting me apart in my field. To me, customer service is an attitude, not just a department, and building relationships with my customers is something I truly enjoy.I am excited to share that I have recently taken on a new role with L.B.S. Stone, a highly regarded fabricator of natural stone, ceramic, and quartz. Known for their exceptional service, reliability, and quality workmanship, L.B.S. Stone has a strong reputation among their clients. My focus will be on driving business growth in both retail and commercial markets as the company continues to expand.In addition to my professional endeavours, I am involved in organizing events for \'PiP\' Public Image Promotions, supporting musicians across the South Coast. As a musician myself, this passion project has garnered over 4,500 followers on social media and continues to grow.
