Role SummaryLeads and manages a global, multi disciplinary operations organization delivering commercial licensing and support/consulting services with a strong focus on operational excellence, compliance, and risk management. Holds direct accountability for EMEA operations, while partnering globally to drive alignment, scalability, and continuous improvement across Microsoft’s commercial enterprise business.Key Responsibilities• Provide end to end leadership for international, multi disciplinary teams delivering commercial licensing and services operations, ensuring consistent execution excellence and customer outcomes.• Own operational and compliance risk management across the service lifecycle, including governance of outsourced operations and rigorous oversight of regulatory controls (SOX and related frameworks).• Deliver world class, compliant revenue processing through data driven insights, strong execution discipline, and proactive risk identification and mitigation.• Act as a senior cross functional partner, engaging stakeholders and executives to align priorities, drive decisions, and enable scalable, compliant growth of Microsoft’s commercial enterprise business.• Lead and shape global operational transformation initiatives, balancing innovation and change with uninterrupted execution in a fast paced, evolving environment.• Embed a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and strong governance, driving both short term operational enhancements and long term strategic transformation in partnership with global stakeholder teams.
