Develop and implement HACCP & quality management strategy & plans.• Maintain the Food Safety Management (FSM) System to HACCP & required standards through internal auditing, observation, and recording for each process step, from receival of goods through to order dispatch.• Develop & maintain systems to establish standards relating to activities & products, and measure performance against established standards.• Assist in product development including product concepts and recipe research, monitoring, packaging and labelling.• Use Foodworks to initiate nutritional and labelling information,• Use BarTender to develop and print product labelling.
