ABOUT MARÍA VICTORIA MÁRMOL MARCHESE

Hi! I’m Vicky Mármol — Argentinian at heart, global by experience. Having lived in Europe, Asia, and North America, I’m now based in Ireland, where I’ve built my career around finance, people development, and continuous learning. After earning a double degree in Business Administration and International Relations from IE University, I joined Intrum’s Next Generation Program, rotating through various departments across Europe and gaining hands-on insight into the RE and CMS industries. Today, I’m part of Fisher Investments Ireland, where I’ve grown from Associate to Training Program Manager within the Private Client Advice Group. I focus on developing our advisors’ skills, fostering a culture of growth, and helping them unlock their potential through financial coaching and tailored training. I’m a Qualified Financial Adviser (QFA) with a passion for making finance approachable, empowering others to thrive both professionally and personally. I’m committed to continuous learning and to fostering a culture of development within the wealth management space. My experience has strengthened my skills in leadership, communication, mentoring, and coaching, as well as my ability to inspire high-performing teams in a dynamic environment.
