As a seasoned executive leader with over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications sector, I have cultivated a career rooted in the principles of transformative leadership, budget governance, strategic innovation, and community engagement. I am recognised for my ability to lead diverse and high-performing teams, drive performance, and build strong, enduring relationships with stakeholders.My leadership style is centered on empathy, integrity, and robust communication, allowing me to effectively navigate and deliver in complex and challenging environments. I have steered key transformational initiatives across multiple organisations, while maintaining a focus on both operational excellence and socio-economic impact.I possess a solid track record of recovering underperforming projects, employing strategic planning and negotiation to ensure commitment and delivery. My experience in business development, stakeholder engagement and negotiation has equipped me with a keen ability to identify and seize opportunities for growth and diversification.As an advocate for diversity and inclusion, I am particularly proud to have been recognised as one of Alcatel-Lucent’s top 10 women in the APAC region. This honour has further fuelled my commitment to fostering a culture that values and uplifts all voices.Outside the corporate sphere, my passion for community development and engagement led me to establish the non-profit organisation \"Inspired By You\". This initiative aims to inspire and guide students to pursue professional careers and build a future they aspire to.
