Working at the Global Operations Service Centre managing the contract-to-cash process for Unified Support and Industrie Solutions Delivery (ISD) businesses worldwide. We partner closely with Sales and Delivery Teams across Services to manage the Services businesses through deal preparation, contract management, billing, fiscal close management, renewals & pipeline management. As an Aera Delivery Lead I am responsible for the end-to-end Operational Excellence of the German Area, orchestrating a team of 10 people. I coordinate daily local, remote, and virtual teams. Directly manage 3 resources. Manage Strategic Complex, Global & Key market deals across the team - process & policy support and guidance. Scope of work is global, xFunctional, xLOB, working/leading on Projects.Use subject matter expertise to Influence stakeholders, partners, and customers to gain buy in and collaboration for adoption of new program or change by others in the organization.Monitor and lead services execution from initial deal consultancy to contract closure across the Lead to Order cycle ensuring the business is performing according to established guidelines and in full compliance. Ensure ongoing accuracy of the contract/order/engagement through delivery life cycle working with relevant area and domain roles. Lead relationships and proactively engages with Key stakeholders. Manage investigation if Customer Trade Shutdowns in the respective region.
