For 13 years, I have been working with attorneys and their clients through the use of structured settlements. While my experience and knowledge of structured settlements is key to every matter, what sets me apart is that I am responsive, a good listener, creative in recommendations and problem solving, and my desire to really know the client. The most rewarding aspect of what I do is the security a structured settlement provides to individuals and families. The cases referred to me by attorneys typically arise from Auto Accidents, Medical Malpractice, Construction Accidents, Product Liability, Workers Compensation, Maritime Accidents, Class Action, Attorney Fee Deferrals, Wrongful Termination and other Employment matters. Additionally, these matters often involve a Minor’s Compromise, Special Needs Trust, and Medicare Set-Aside.The structured settlements that I handle vary from low five figure settlements to multi-million dollar settlements. Regardless of the amount, it is important for me to know the goals and needs of the client so we can plan for their future. Frequently, this will include funding college education or retirement, supplementing their income, or ensuring that the injured party has sufficient money for future medical needs. I have the unique opportunity in that my business partner is also my dad, Manuel Valdez (aka Manny Sr.). Our clients appreciate the family aspect and close-knit office environment.
