I am a financial client services professional with demonstrated abilities to think strategically and creatively, while applying sound business judgment and quantitative skills to serve my clients with integrity and accountability. I am a thought leader with executive presence and excellent verbal and written communication skills. A problem solver on complex issues and skilled in conflict resolution. I\'m a collaborator, leveraging relationships both internally and externally to empower our collective teams to realize results for our clients. I liaise with our underwriting, broker, finance and contracts teams to make sure we are all following best practices for our clients. My talent is to create seamless exchange between the client, service teams and the markets I work with; to create one collaborative team with common goals.
