Build, and managing a high-performing team of Managers, Product Managers and Product Owners, driving product development through best practices and a collaborative culture. • Responsibility for owning the strategy, roadmap, and improvement of the product portfolio to ensure continued product growth and evolution to meet the market opportunity and clients’ needs. • Ensure the necessary steps are being taken across business functions (product, strategy, delivery, support) to bring out the best results for the business. • Develop and drive product strategies based on a solid understanding of business, client and market trends across client segments and the entire revenue cycle management lifecycle. • Utilized innovation methodologies to build, measure and learn as we develop and launch new and innovative product, solutions, and services. • Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and prioritize enhancements, new products, and new features to support business objectives. Create business cases, level of effort estimates, and go-to-market strategies for chosen opportunities. • Responsible for new products and product features and enhancements, creating and implementing launch strategies and launch artifacts. For existing products, identify and execute marketing activities to promote growth that will be most impactful to the business. • Influence, and manage relationships with segment leaders, senior management, and cross-functional leadership teams. • Work cross-functionally to develop and implement growth products.
