I am responsible for overseeing the operations of the Egis/WME Building Engineering team, which consists of more than 400 professionals working on both Middle-East and India projects. Additionally, I lead the Nuclear sector team for WME/Egis in India for ITER project. With over 28 years of experience in the multi-disciplinary Engineering field, I have a strong background in Business Development & Marketing, as well as in producing, managing, and delivering efficient designs for Real Estate and Infrastructure projects. Out of these 27 years, I have spent 10 years in Dubai, gaining valuable international experience. For the last 17 years, my focus has been exclusively on leading the work winning team in India. I adopt an inclusive and solutions-focused approach to achieve our goals. As part of my responsibilities, I have been spearheading business diversification in various sectors, including Buildings, Nuclear, Aviation, Commercial, Sports, and Culture/Civic. This includes taking on Design and Build projects to broaden our portfolio.
