This will include giving reminders as required, be available for last-minute changes, proactively prioritize meetings and resolve conflicts. • Provide support to the Board of Directors to organize and schedule monthly and annual meetings. Requires regular communication with advisors and/or their assistants. • Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting letters, personal correspondence, and other tasks that facilitate the CEO’s ability to effectively lead the company. • Thoroughly research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Determine appropriate course of action, referral, or response. • Research, book, and coordinate travel. Ensure required travel documents are in place, build itineraries, maintain travel credits, points, and expenses, maintain, and update calendar, and liaise with required parties at travel destination(s). • Process expense report for the CEO and his direct reports and advisory members. Liaison with accounting to ensure payment is processed. • Maintain memberships and subscriptions including setting calendar reminders, handling correspondence, and processing payment. • Assignment of special projects as requested.
