As of 2024, I\'m the Public Affairs Manager for the New Zealand Army. I previously worked in journalism for Newshub for more than 5 years. During this time I reported for television, radio and online.I spent more than three years in the Parliamentary Press Gallery where I won The Bill Toft Award for excellence in broadcasting and was a finalist for the Best Journalist in the 2020 New Zealand Radio Awards.I created an online video series with Newshub called \'Ticked Off\'- this series tailors and explains politics to young people (18-25 years old) in a way they can relate to.I completed my Bachelor of Broadcasting Communications degree from The New Zealand Broadcasting School and I\'m an old boy of Palmerston North Boys High School.
