My primary areas of responsibility and accountability include developing and maintaining effective relationships within the business, and portfolio of external clients, particularly by meeting regularly with managers and key operational staff to develop improvement strategies for the client. I coordinate with other Business Managers and Rostering Coordinators to establish staff requirements, and with HR & Recruitment for advertisements and involvement in staff interviews and screening. I also meet regularly with Sub-Contractors to ensure they are compliant when completing services for Securecorp. Additionally, I maintain regular proactive contact with clients, including face-to-face meetings, manage complaints and/or performance issues, and optimize relationships by ensuring both parties are meeting contractual obligations. I provide innovative and cost-effective solutions to issues, quotations for services to new and existing clients, and ensure all clients are being invoiced appropriately with regular (quarterly) audits of Rosters and Invoice Amounts. Lastly, I ensure appropriate reports are completed and sent to clients in a timely manner.
