Some of the world’s largest brands (e.g, Amazon, BMW, DHL, FedEx, Pepsi & other).• Take ownership and responsibility in coordinating all construction related deliverables from engineering, interconnection, and permitting through construction and commissioning; including working with local internal teams, customers, and vendors to ensure accuracy and completeness.• Manage, supervise, and coordinate with EPC partners as well as their multiple subcontractors/installers to ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance including local, state, and federal AHJ\'s, Utilities, Customers & Prologis’ own requirements throughout the Project.• Proactively work to mitigate risks with internal and external stakeholders.• Work with Prologis’ Utility reps to ensure timely interconnection approval and permission to operate within their service territory. • Manage construction related contracting, deliverables, schedules, and change order reviews, from project start to finish.• Partner with local sales leads on energy proposals as needed to assist with construction/ execution related questions including staging, safety, quality, scope, schedule, cost reviews, etc.• Review, manage & approve technical specifications, designs, scopes of work, commissioning reports, lien releases, invoices & respond to Contractor RFIs.• Hire and manage design professionals, consultants, contractors, & vendors by managing the subcontractor buyout process, conducting RFPs/RFQs of $10-100Mthrough the development of scopes, bidding & evaluation processes, award, & contracting activities.• Review/approve deliverables that are a required part of building and paying for energy projects and ensure these documents are filed properly.
