ABOUT JAVID

Mahdi is an Electrical Engineer with more than two decades of diversified international experience in Project Management, Engineering and Design, Construction, and Commissioning in high and medium voltage (HV & MV) transmission and distribution utility systems, electrical infrastructure, wind energy and conventional (gas, steam, and combined cycle) power generation, onshore and offshore facilities of oil and gas as well as petrochemical projects. He has managed several projects and been involved with the negotiation and management of major contracts, particularly for the energy sector. He has extensive experience with tendering multidisciplinary projects involving technical expertise and the contractual understanding of EPC projects.Mahdi manages projects to ensure on-schedule and within-budget delivery to the satisfaction of clients. He coordinates and interfaces with clients, contractors, authorities, and utilities to ensure deadlines are being met. He develops project execution plans using project management tools such as Primavera and Microsoft Project. He also builds a solid project team using inside and contract specialists. He has a deep respect for his staff and has worked hard to keep them engaged.
