Dynamic professional transitioning into the Insurance industry, specifically Underwriting Assistance within our Executive Products Group! Although I am still newer to the industry, my extensive experience in staffing and client management provides a solid foundation for success. My skills in building client relationships are invaluable in fostering collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. I am committed to providing top-quality service and proactive communication which has enabled me to contribute meaningfully to the underwriting processes and support the overall goals of RLI!Outside of my recent experience I have over seven years of experience in the staffing industry, helping business professionals in the Greater Philadelphia area advance their careers and/or achieve company goals. My expertise includes building long-term relationships with clients, full cycle recruitment, growing the business through new client acquisition/increasing the market share, and delivering high-quality service.I have also coached, mentored, and supported a team of staffing managers, ensuring their professional development and productivity. With a master\'s degree in Sport Management, I apply my knowledge in event planning and event management to create and execute innovative strategies that connect people with opportunities and create positive impacts in the community! While I am currently out of the business of helping people obtain work, I am still passionate about helping connect individuals to great opportunities!
