I am hungry to work on solutions to the challenges posed by the complex stressors communities and the natural world are facing. I have been at this some time, 20 years of experience, during which I have had the privilege of contributing and supporting some great success, and I have seen some failure. Both have been incredibly valuable in terms of learning and skills development.I really like working with good people to tackle the urgency to realise transformative change while also being inclusive of the ideas, perspectives and communities who for too long have been left out and overlooked. We need to, and can, do better.I am very lucky to work with some great people and groups (funders, civil society groups, coalitions.) in supporting them in developing and delivering winning strategies, focussed on achieving specific objectives.
