That’s what drew me to my current role at the Crisis Prevention Institute, where I work with healthcare organizations to build safer, more supportive environments through evidence-based training and crisis prevention strategies.In this new chapter of my career, I’m excited to collaborate with healthcare leaders to address some of the most pressing challenges in patient and staff safety. My focus is on understanding each organization’s unique needs and helping them implement solutions that reduce workplace violence, improve outcomes, and foster a culture of respect and empowerment.I’m also deeply passionate about mental health awareness and advocacy. That passion has shaped much of my professional journey and continues to inspire how I show up in my work every day.
