I am a senior at Elon University pursuing a BSBA in Business Analytics with a minor in Dance. This unique dual focus allows me to bring \"choreographed\" precision to technical problem-solving. Academically, I researched the financial risks of environmental impacts within opaque upstream supply chains for clients of Nordic Sustainability (Copenhagen, DK). I continue to sharpen my technical edge by competing in Kaggle Datathons as an extension of the Center for Organizational Analytics (COA) Women in Data Science (WiDS) team. Professionally, I work in Data and Sales Operations at The Social Institute, where I manage CRM data hygiene, optimize cross-functional workflows, and strengthen internal data systems. Previously, I zeroed in on my analytical skills by organizing financial data and reporting outlines at McManimon, Scotland, & Baumann LLC, and gained expertise in consumer behavior through sales roles at Athleta and Crumbl Cookies.Beyond the data, my experience as an Orientation Leader, ARC leader, and Greek Week Choreographer has taught me how to lead diverse teams through high-pressure transitions and creative projects. This semester, I am partnering with Verterim to improve their AI GRC services, participating in the 2026 WiDS Global Datathon, continuing my work at The Social Institute, and performing for DanceWorks!
