Over the last decade, I’ve helped startups and scaling teams untangle complexity, design thoughtful systems, and build operations that actually work for the humans behind them.I do my best work at the intersection of structure and soul — where dashboards and processes support real people doing meaningful work. Whether it’s healthcare, tech, design, or social impact, I’m most energized when I get to shape the scaffolding that lets teams focus, grow, and thrive.I’ve led org-wide change initiatives, stood up operational excellence functions from scratch, and partnered with cross-functional leaders to turn chaos into momentum.
