As a graduate of New York University and a current General Management Development Program Associate at CVS Health, I\'ve found my strength in story-telling and mentorship. I\'m passionate about people, words, and shaping workplace culture. With experiences ranging from strategy, to education, to community outreach, I\'m excited to see where my career takes me next. One of the highlights of my experience so far came serving as a Co-Lead for my program\'s Internship Experience Committee. I was responsible for delivering a best-in-class internship for approximately 80 interns from across the country. I was able to build this experience from the ground up, setting our strategic pillars and building out an evaluation framework. This role allowed me to explore team management, talent development, and collaboration in new ways and I am so proud of all we\'ve accomplished.
