Lead BA Project/Initiative Deliverables (80%):• Credit Review Revolution: Replacement of the Credit Decisioning Engine platform from On-prem to Cloud. Agile initiative with Sprint cycle (2 weeks), Sprint Ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily standup, backlog refinement, retro. Manage the ADO board, Defined and Refine the backlog, Stakeholder Management, Use Case Map, Current State to Future state mapping, Gap Analysis, Business Process Mapping (BPMN), Vendor Management, Data Analysis and Migration, Business and Operational readiness, Single Sign On, Onboarding of New Vendor on ServiceNow, Cutover Planning, Decommission Discovery.• Payment Modernization: Serving millions of Users with 8 different types of Payment Methods across 3 legacy stacks. The Complexity of the program was high because of very old legacy system. Mapped current state customer journeys, pain points, process mapping in BPMN. Elicited strategic Workshop/requirements. Defined scope, High-level Business Requirement Document (BRD), Cost Benefit Analysis, Facilitate RFI/RFP requirements for External payment vendor.• Credit Review Reinvention: Discovery of the current Credit Decisioning Engine On-prem. Gather end to end requirements (BRD) and obtain full stakeholder sign offs from multiple departments (Legal, Privacy, Security, etc.). Analyze Proof of Concept for ‘Credit Check Affordability’ process. Collaborate Data analysis to produce Fraud Reports, SLA report Analysis. Facilitate RFI/RFP requirements for credit check vendor. Lead BA role Deliverables (20%):• Stakeholder Management, Resource management• Shortlist and Interview potential candidates for the resource demands fulfilment.• Onboard BAs within the BA Centre of Excellence and Business Unit.• Provide guidance for other BA with respect to work breakdown, mentoring on ways of working with-in the squad.
