Xceedance is a global provider of strategic consulting, actuarial, and managed services, technology, and data sciences to property/casualty and life insurance organizations. I am based out of the Gurgaon office of Xceedance and lead a team of marketing professionals located in the US and India. Here is a detailed description of all my roles and responsibilities at Xceedance • Leading global marketing strategy development and execution. • Working closely with cross-functional leaders internationally, to articulate a clear and compelling story through integrated business marketing efforts. • Mentoring a group of 7 experienced marketing and content development professionals to grow and amplify the expertise, experience, and efficacy of Xceedance in the global insurance ecosystem. • Planning and addressing the global communications needs of an international company. • Acting as a brand custodian across the organization worldwide. • Leveraging marketing channels like print media, events and conferences, relevant websites, and social media to build awareness for Xceedance capabilities in support of revenue generation and sales goals. • Strategically supporting the branding requirements for newer capabilities, ventures, and regions. • Managing strategic internal communication initiatives globally. • Collaborating with the global marketing head and business development teams to ensure seamless integration with strategic partners from a communications standpoint. In my previous roles at Xceedance, I supported one of the leading insurance companies in establishing their digital sales channel for selling Worker’s compensation, Business owner’s policy, and other products for the SME (small and medium businesses) market in the US. These channels helped them generate more than $1 million in premium keeping the acquisition cost to be as low as 30% of the total revenue.
