Expertise in multi-step organic synthesis, nucleic acid modifications, and bioconjugation with peptides, proteins, lipids, antibodies, and fluorescent dyes.Experienced in managing external CROs and involved in the multi-step synthesis of molecules in all structural classes, design and synthesis of new chemical entities, structure-activity relationship studies, hit-to-lead studies, and development and optimization of synthetic procedures of small molecules. Experienced in process development from lab scale to pilot scale to production.
