As a Senior Project Manager, I am responsible to lead Digital Transformation projects within Schneider Electric by collaborating with multiple cross functional teams. • Experience in managing end-to-end project deliveries, leading cross-functional teams of 20 to 30 members and collaborating with various Schneider teams and vendors across multiple geographic locations.• Accountable for managing project scope, resource management, and financial tracking to ensure successful project delivery within the defined scope, timeline, and budget. • Led a complex program to introduce a new application in a brownfield environment, seamlessly integrating it with multiple existing applications while defining the overall architecture. This project simplified the IT landscape by replacing few local applications and streamlined activities for enhanced overall efficiency.• Successfully managed a complex program integrating the Data Management system with SAP ERPs involving 12 different systems. This integration automated the data flow to Manufacturing sites, reducing manual intervention and minimized the risk of human error.• Led a pilot project to evaluate new application and successfully implemented it across 50 Schneider Manufacturing sites, incorporating effective change management practices to replace the existing application. This transition enhanced shop floor efficiency and helped to standardize processes across SE factories.
