Manager Fostering Connections and Kinship Care @Centre For Excellence In Child & Family Welfare

Melbourne, AU

The Fostering Connections team plays a pivotal role in facilitating the recruitment of foster carers in Victoria and ensuring the well-being of carers and children within the foster care system. Our team maintains and enhances critical service points, including a website and 24/7 enquiry line, to provide essential support and information to prospective carers. We strategically manage campaigns and branding initiatives to attract individuals to the foster care system, aligning our efforts with the organisation\'s broader strategic priorities. Through collaborative partnerships with agencies, government bodies, and stakeholders, we work tirelessly to create a supportive and nurturing environment for both foster carers and the children they serve.
