I develop and implement communications programs for team members throughout all aspects of our company – retail, marine manufacturing, hospitality and conservation – with a goal of supporting priority business objectives, reinforcing company values and fostering our unique pioneering culture. This includes- Leading the editorial planning, content development and production of all internal communication efforts - Partnering with company leaders and key teams including Human Resources, IT, Marketing and Security to ensure organizational initiatives, projects and events are successfully communicated to employees and stakeholders - Managing several technical aspects of the company\'s communication delivery channels including our email campaign management tool, internal texting platform, employee list segmentation and the content management systems for both our employee benefits and corporate websites - Ensuring messages are consistent across all channels and optimized for specific audiences - Collaborating with the broader PR and marketing teams to develop messaging, content and programs that drive clear narratives about our brands, products and mission
