ABOUT MUHAMMAD HUSNAIN
I am working as Protection Engineer in Pakistan\'s leading Power Sector Organization National Transmission and Despatch Company (NTDC). I have 9 years working experience in designing Protection, Control, Monitoring, Recording & Automation System for 500kV, 220kV & 132kV Substations. I have vast experience of relay setting calculations of all prominent power sector relay manufacturers like ABB, Siemens, GE, MiCOM, Schneider and SEL. Similarly, I have done technical evaluation of numerous bids for the various Power System Projects. While working in NTDC, I have designed substation secondary design of many Coal Power Projects and Renewable Energy Projects. I have designed and implemented numerous Special Protection Schemes such as cross trip schemes, under frequency schemes, ROCOF etc. for the stability and reliability of power system. I have hands on experience of witnessing Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) activities of EHV Substations.
