I have personally represented a $5 billion company on several PJM committees, led presentations and communications on a $400 million venture, increased revenues by over $11 million, organized the installation of a $4 million project, and successfully resolved 19 formal PUC complaints (lawsuits) and many informal complaints. I also direct a team of professionals with the passion to find the best solution to our largest customer issues while improving our company stance. I am regarded as our company expert on customer, power quality, energy management, and tariff issues. I am a Registered Professional Engineer with six current professional certifications and a Master’s in Engineering Management. I have authored papers, presented, and been invited to speak at additional international conferences.
