With over 40 years of leadership experience, I have retired as CEO and currently serve as Strategic Advisor at the North Carolina Restaurant & Lodging Association (NCRLA). My efforts are focused on supporting North Carolina\'s hospitality industry through strategic leadership, advocacy, and marketing strategy to represent and empower restaurants, hotels, and allied businesses statewide. During my tenure at NCRLA, I am proud to have championed initiatives for post-pandemic recovery, regulatory reforms, and fair tax policies. My work with the association today emphasizes fostering sustainable growth, innovation, and workforce development to enhance the long-term vitality of North Carolina’s hospitality sector.
