As Senior Business Alliances Specialist I work on various projects and across departments under the Business Alliances group. Specifically I work with and communicate with Approved Suppliers on behalf of RE/MAX Corporate Headquarters in all aspects of their contract. I am the point person and manager of all revenue reporting for over 100 strategic business partners, as well as the liason between vendors and other departments. Additionally, I support and ensure brand management of The RE/MAX Collection; the company\'s high-end, luxury property brand. Other responsibilities include organizing and assisting with Convention and conferences and establishing relationships between vendors and regions. My daily responsibilities include financial reporting and analysis of over 100 Approved Supplier accounts by analyzing gross sales, tracking sales and campaign trends, as well as supporting the review process of potential accounts for participation within the program. Solely responsible and accountable for rolling out social media marketing plan for the department as well as goal setting for the department and its staff. I\'m responsible for all aspects of exhibit halls at two major annual RE/MAX conferences. Duties includes, but are not limited to recruiting vendors to attend, registering over 150 vendors to participate, securing sponsorships, organizing the exhibitor hall and finalizing small details for each vendor to ensure that they are prepared and able to present company and products/services to RE/MAX system. In the 2015 year to date I\'ve increased revenue for Convention/Conference by $70k.Last, but not least, I manage five key vendor accounts within the program; however, I work closely with every vendor in the program due to my daily responsibilities.
