ABOUT LYNELLE ALLEY

Lynelle Alley is a 2nd generation Realtor and has been investing in the real estate industry for over 10 years and selling for 3 years. She earned her real estate license in the State of South Dakota. Since then, she has worked with and learned from some of the industry\'s top agents and coaches to enhance her understanding of the market and all aspects of real estate. As a long time resident of South Dakota, Lynelle sells residential and commercial properties in the Watertown and surrounding areas. Specializing in Single-Family homes, She has the expertise necessary to assist her clients as they realize their real estate goals. Lynelle truly understands the dynamics of the diverse and always changing real estate market and is an expert at educating her clients so they can make the best decisions to suit their needs. Lynelle pursued an Associates Degree in Marketing, Management, and Sales from Lake Area Technical Institute of Watertown, SD that provided the solid background on which her career has been built. Lynelle is a member of the North East South Dakota Board of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors in addition to the North East South Dakota multiple listing service. She feels that Realtors should be involved in the communities where they work as well. She has served her community in many capacities from volunteering for the Children\'s Miracle Network fundraising events to participating in the Relay for Life cancer walk. Lynelle understands the stresses and hassles involved in the buying, selling, and re-location process and she strives to alleviate these concerns for her clients as much as possible.
