Lyndsey Crockett

Senior Product Manager @Deem, Inc

In this position, I apply market trends and defined customer needs to control product design initiatives. I research and resolve problems throughout the product development lifecycle for multiple products in parallel and continuously enhance development processes by steering adoption. My team utilized ROI models to initiate product enhancements and we boosted core product frontend and backend performance by developing a new UI while migrating our backend to a microservices architecture.
