When I initially started working for Villa Plus there was just myself and the manager, our role was to \'set up\' a brand new destination within the company. Villas were contracted in, 28 to begin with, planning, refurbishment and buying was put into action along with all the details needed for clients arriving, from driving instructions, security details, local places of interest to visit plus a lot more.everything that you could think of so the arriving guests holidays would run smoothly. Over the course of time our destination has significantly grown, we now have over 120 villas and a team of 13. I am responsible for the day to day running of the operation.
