We currently operate in The Algarve, Madeira, Corfu, Kefalonia, Cyprus, Crete, Rhodes, Zante, Costa del Sol, Costa Blanca, Andalucía, Mallorca, Menorca, Lanzarote, Tenerife, Fuerteventura, Croatia, Sicily, Puglia and the French Riviera. My day to day role is managing the operational service delivery in the overseas destinations for Villa Plus- P&L management - Budget management and forecasting for destination staffing - Quality assurance and health and safety management - Procurement tasks related to operational delivery in destination - Training and development of colleagues - Input into business projects related to scalability & destination growth
