Leading the space planning across two sites servicing UK airports & Seaports, I’m responsible for turning spatial data into strategic decisions that improve efficiency across both our warehouse and retail environments.A key part of my role involves managing and constructively challenging the expectations of senior stakeholders, including the CEO, Logistics Director, and other key leaders.Ensuring that space planning decisions align with broader business objectives while remaining operationally grounded and data-driven.I led the warehouse slotting strategy during the rollout of our new WMS, redesigning storage logic to optimise product flow and support a seamless system transition. I also helped introduce sustainability-focused improvements to space planning, contributing to our environmental goals through smarter layout and resource use.Day-to-day, I blend detailed data analysis with cross-functional collaboration, supporting merchandising, supply chain, and operations teams to deliver smarter planograms, improved product availability, and greater operational flexibility.Alongside my current role, I’m actively working towards a Business Analysis (CIBCS) qualification to further strengthen my ability to translate complex challenges into clear, structured solutions that drive lasting value.
