Infrastructure Project Manager supporting retail and food & beverage with IT services. Point of sale system server upgrade – Completed over 80 server installations at 80 airports in the US and Canada to support the new Point of Sale system upgrade. This project was completed a month early. MPLS circuit replacement – The infrastructure (Multiprotocol Label switching circuits) to run Food and Beverage locations in the airports were replaced with a less expensive option (Direct Internet Access circuits) at 70 airports. This complex project involved coordination between several parties including government airport officials, Lumen, fiber engineers, network engineers, and several others. The project lowered the cost and improved service resulting in savings of per month. Windows 11 At & t Cradlepoint replacement – Program that included workstreams for the replacement of any incompatible Windows computers throughout all the retail locations in the US and Canada. Additionally, Cradlepoints (Wireless Wide Area Network provided by a cellular partner) were replaced with AT & T as the provider. This was a strategic initiative that involved several resources to coordinate with an 8-week timeline.
