Have experience trading, generating profits, and managing risk in various Domestic/Foreign OTC, NASDAQ & NYSE listed equities - Trade and cross large block orders and source liquidity in NMS/OTC equities on behalf of Institutional and Retail clients - Quote a two-sided market in International & Domestic OTC equities to reflect client orders and trade a proprietary account - Comfortable making a two-way risk market for a proprietary trading account - Responsible for trading after hours equities order flow and managing risk positions in a less liquid and more volatile trading environment - Have experience trading common stock, preferred stock, warrants, ETFs, ETNs, ADRs and units - Utilized Virtu’s algo suite to deliver best execution for institutional clients - Familiar with the processing of various corporate actions and how they affect resulting equity prices - Work orders using VWAP/TWAP algorithms, dollar neutral strategies, and risk arbitrage algorithms - Routed MOC baskets to primary markets and monitor average close volume to reduce dislocation - Routed orders for Asia-Pac markets and communicated instructions to brokers based on market conditions - Was responsible for maintaining fair & orderly markets and the opening and closing auctions as a Designated Market Maker in 51 NYSE-listed equities including JPM, KKR, and TDOC - Set up new symbol additions/symbol changes/ETFS & IPO\'s on NYSE & Nasdaq in our proprietary trading system - Manage International crossbook positions to reduce ADR conversion costs for our International OTC Trading desk - Responsible for a daily IPO/secondary offering/lockup expiry note tracking current and pending deals
