Portfolio Overview• Support the execution and growth of sports marketing partnerships for Wyndham Hotels & Resorts and Invisalign, helping develop strategy, manage execution, and coordinate day-to-day operations across league, team, and player partnerships.🦷 Invisalign• Serve as day-to-day lead for Align’s NFL partnership portfolio, managing workflows across 12 team deals, multiple Partner Player agreements, and the brand’s league-wide NFL partnership.• Manage and enhance Align’s hallmark NFL Player Treatment Program, onboarding 400+ players and coordinating associated social media content, resulting in hundreds of branded posts.• Planned and executed VIP hospitality programming at Super Bowl LIX, hosting top-tier executives while managing Invisalign’s on-site activation at the SB Experience Football Field—the first-ever brand entitlement of the field.• Supported Invisalign’s 360-degree activation at NFL Honors, including branded giveaways, red carpet presence, social media planning, and on-site execution.• Coordinated production logistics, including working with agents, for Invisalign’s commercial and social content shoots with top NFL athletes, including Jayden Daniels, Rome Odunze, Christian Gonzalez, and Isaiah Likely. Wyndham Hotels & Resorts• Helped develop and execute Wyndham’s 2025 MiLB partnership strategy—the brand’s most robust sports sponsorship to date—aligning programming with brand objectives and marketing KPIs.• Manage fulfillment of nearly tickets annually across Wyndham’s national partnership portfolio.• Support the onboarding of new marquee partnerships including Madison Square Garden and LiveNation.• Co-led the development and launch of Wyndham’s first-ever rewards points auction and redemption site, Wyndham Rewards Experiences, and manage it day-to-day.
