Leader for the newly formed System Insights and Productivity Metrics (SIPM) team, focused on enhancing developer workflows and decision-making by providing comprehensive system insights and metrics.Key responsibilities and projects- Strategic Planning & Team Leadership: Defined the strategic plan for the team, outlining key focus areas and a phased approach to implementing productivity metrics. I\'m responsible for hiring for the team in Poland and establishing the team culture- Data Cloud Governance: Serving as the central point of contact and governance for all Productivity Metrics Data Cloud integrations at Netflix. This includes developing standards for metrics, creating approval workflows, and providing guidance to other teams- Developer Productivity Metrics: Championed the implementation of the Core 4 framework to measure developer productivity. The initial focus is on speed metrics like deployment frequency and lead time for changes, using a phased, self-defined S-Curve model to build momentum and prove capabilities- GenAI Productivity Measurement: Leading the effort to quantify the impact of GenAI on developer productivity and software quality. This involves starting with adoption and usage metrics for tools like Cursor and Claude Code, with a long-term vision to correlate GenAI activity with speed, ease, and quality metrics to understand the cost/benefit.
