Scoped, managed, and developed from scratch an all-inclusive sales operations Snowflake-hosted Streamlit app for non-technical business users to fix incorrectly entered order data and modify sales reporting dimensions, eliminating the need for my team to handle these requests for them and reducing our analytics support load by ~10%.Led POC investigations for new data sources (e.g. Marketo, Cosmos DB, Calabrio) and maintained Fivetran connectors for 10+ different source systems (e.g. XA, SAP, Agile, SQL Server). Then created and modified DBT models to use that raw data to satisfy business needs for downstream analysis and reporting.Updated and fixed Power BI reports to incorporate new business logic and new upstream objects for analysis on supplier price tracking, customer service feedback, design engineering change notices, and more.
