I’m a Director of IT who leads end-to-end enterprise delivery across manufacturing—NextGen ERP/PLM, digital CRM, web & mobile platforms, and data & analytics—all secured by design and grounded in measurable outcomes.I align technology to strategy and turn ambiguity into roadmaps: modern application development (cloud-native, API-first, CI/CD/DevSecOps), digital channels that convert, and data platforms that enable trusted insights. My teams ship with product discipline, strong change management, and a focus on adoption.Highlights include leading the delivery of a NextGen ERP (SAP), replacing legacy Agile PLM with a NextGen PLM, standing up new manufacturing facilities (IT/OT), and driving a Digital CRM transformation that tightened pipeline visibility and customer experience.
